Doug Little joins Charanga Tropical, other musicians, dancers, visual artists, and caterers have banded together to host a fundraiser for the victims of the earthquake in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The event will begin at 6pm with world music duos and trios, move onto to percussion and dance ensembles and conclude with large group performances by Grupo Caribe, Batucada Do Norte, and Charanga Tropical. Charanga will take to the stage about 10:15 pm.

There will be an art auction for visual works by Víctor Yépez and Bernardo Guzmán. Excellent food will be available on site catered by Victor’s 1959 Café, The French Meadow, and others. All door, art and food sale proceeds will go directly to Doctors Without Borders / Medicins Sans Frontieres Emergency Relief Fund.
